Are you or someone you know interested in a teaching career as a traveling educator with The Academy for International Movement Studies?

We are always looking for extraordinary people!  Each semester AIMS hires educators in the disciplines of natural sciences, history, Spanish, English, and mathematics as well as dance and movement studies instructors.  A team of five leads and teaches 14 adventure-seeking high school aged dancers/performers embarking on an 8 month adventure.  These adventures often take us to multiple continents. The job is rewarding, high energy, and abundant with accomplishments. Employees are more than just educators as they serve as: mentors, public relations ambassadors, cooks, arrangers for international logistics, and blog publishers.  We especially need employees that would be able to communicate with parents, attend dance festivals, and most importantly become role models for our students.

The Academy for International Movement Studies offers valuable experience via our internship program. Interns receive employee benefits without financial compensation. Interns interested in international travel to performance destinations, earn valuable teaching and leadership experience, and the opportunity to get their foot in the door for future employment at AIMS should they submit an application, resume, and cover letter.
